You’ll find Zen Spa & Salon your Advanced Skin, Spa & Hair specialists. Zen is located at 452 Swift Street Albury Short walk down from Myer Centre point shopping. All our treatments can be completely tailored to your needs. We really focus on treating your mind body & soul.
Arrival
To enhance your spa experience, we encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior if you are a first time client. This allows time for you to complete our consultation form. Giving yourself time prior will help to optimise the overall effect of your visit & completely rebalance your inner Zen.
Booking Policy
When considering your appointment, we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. We kindly ask you provide us with atleast 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% charged to your account which will need to be paid in full before making your next booking. No show appointments will be charged at full fee & gift vouchers voided.
Treatments over 1.5 hours require a 50% booking deposit to secure your appointment.
parking
We do not offer onsite parking. Swift street parking is availble for 2 hours. Treatments longer than 2 hours we strongly advise parking in the SS&A parking lot.
Volume & noise
Our spa is designed for you to relax & enjoy quiet time out. We ask that mobile phones are turned off & you use a lowered voice especially entering the spa.
gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are always available for that special someone.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date.
Lost/stolen/expired vouchers cannot be reclaimed. If you are booking with a gift voucher, please let us know at the time of booking. If your gift voucher is for a specific treatment and this treatment is no longer on the menu, or prices have changed please know your voucher is always based on a dollar value (if you are unsure of the value, please email or call us and we can let you know). We can always accommodate an amazing treatment to your voucher value, or you are welcome to pay the difference for the treatment of your choosing.
