Arrival

To enhance your spa experience, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior. This will allow time for you to complete our consultation form. Giving yourself time prior will help to optimise the overall effect of your visit & completely rebalance your inner Zen.

The Zen Team is happy to assist with any special requirements you may have so you can properly experience the benefits of our spa. Please inform us when booking.

Booking Policy

When considering your appointment, we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Appointments are reserved especially for you. A credit card or gift voucher number is required at the time of your booking to secure your appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you provide us with 24 hrs notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%. No show appointments will be charged at full fee & gift vouchers voided.

Pregnancy Specialists

Our special pregnancy menu requires special attention. Please inform reception upon your time of booking regarding your pregnancy. We are happy to advise you on all our wonderful treatments on offer.

Wellbeing

Your health & wellbeing is most important to us. Please inform us of any health concerns that you may have when making your booking.

Volume

Our spa is designed for you to relax & enjoy quiet time out. We ask that mobile phones are turned off & you use a lowered voice.

Loyalty Programme

Zen rewards programme is designed to reward you for loyalty. Spa points are accumulated as a thank you for visiting Zen Day Spa. For details, please ask your therapist or at reception
