Each session is deliberately designed to build on the one before — preparing skin at session one so that the corrective work at session two can go deeper, and so on. The result is cumulative in a way that four standalone facials simply are not. You also have a dedicated therapist who knows your skin from the first appointment and is tracking your progress throughout.

Yes. Every element of the series is tailored to your skin at your consultation in session one. The peel and resurfacing work is matched to what your skin can comfortably handle — we never take a one-size approach. If you have specific concerns or conditions, please mention them when booking and your therapist will discuss the programme with you before you start.
You will receive a written skin prescription after session one outlining everything your therapist recommends for home care. The most important things are a broad-spectrum SPF 50 every morning (essential during a peel series) and a gentle, barrier-supportive routine in between appointments. We will guide you through it and recommend products that work well with your treatments — there is no pressure to overhaul your entire routine.
Absolutely. Your blowdry or styled finish is yours. Let your stylist know what you love and they will work with your natural texture and what suits the rest of your day. If you would like a more involved style, an upgrade to a full blow and iron set is available for a small addition.
We understand that life happens. We ask for 48 hours notice where possible so we can offer your appointment to another client. The spacing between sessions is important for your results, so we will always work with you to find the closest available time and keep your progress on track.

The series is priced for full payment at booking, which is what gives you the series saving. For Polished and Signature tier clients, a two-payment split is available — fifty per cent at booking and fifty per cent at session two. Please ask when you book.
We deliberately limit the number of Restore Edit series we take on each intake so that every client receives the time and attention the programme deserves. If you are interested, we recommend reaching out soon — spots do fill, especially around school terms and peak gifting periods.
Your therapist will create a personalised maintenance plan at your final appointment, outlining how to continue your results and what to book going forward. Many clients move into a monthly or six-weekly maintenance facial. You will also receive Series Alumni pricing on future bookings as a thank you for completing the programme.
